Oliera – 500ml
When I first went to my favourite city in Italy, all of the best pizzerias in Napoli had these weird copper tea pots next to the preparation area and I had no idea what they were. That was until I saw a chef pick one up and add a dash of olive oil to the top of the pizza. I came home, had a look where to get one here, couldn’t find one, so I decided to make my own.
We had a word with Daniele whose family have been making the finest copper and brass plated olieras in Napoli for generations and he agreed to make us the traditional style that most pizzerias go for. We decided to make ours in a handy 500ml size so that it is easier to use and doesn’t take up loads of space on the kitchen work top.
So go on, impress you family and friends with your exceptional style and culture with one of our olieras… now you just need to practice your dough making skills.
