Caffè TRiCKETT comes from a love of wanting to make a Neapolitan coffee, but in Lancashire. This espresso blend uses a body of Costa Rica Hacienda Aquiares combined with Mandheling Blue Sumatra and India Plantation A to create a naturally sweet espresso that pairs perfectly with milk for flat whites and cappuccinos but also makes the perfect after dinner espresso. Deliciously sweet on the first sip which then gives way to a suggestion of rich dark chocolate and a nutty caramel finish. Best suited to aeropress, moka pot or espresso machine brewing but also delicious as an after dinner coffee brewed in a cafetiere.
